Our recruitment process entails an interview with our Human Resources department, which includes an English writing test and an Attention to Detail test; afterwards we usually perform a technical test, designed to evaluate technical skills related to the position and to provide the candidate with an experience with what their day-to-day would be like. Following the technical test, we have an interview with a panel of managers or team leads who supervise the position. The technical tests can include Excel skills, research skills and financial knowledge or analysis skills.
We are usually hiring for new positions we have due to growth! This means, candidates are welcome to apply throughout the year. Our process usually takes about one month for each candidate. The exception to this, is when we meet a candidate that we believe would be great in our company, but we have to wait for the right position to open, then we speak with them and the process can take longer, but we want to ensure that we are hiring the right person for the right role.
