The Experian recruitment process averages from 4 to 6 weeks from the moment the candidate applies to the signing of the offer letter.
Once the candidate applies to the open position, he/she will receive a call from our Talent Acquisition Coordinator to schedule a Phone Interview with the Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter). During this phone interview, we will discuss Employment History, Academic Background and we'll conduct a series of behavioral questions. If you pass this stage, we will invite you for the Second Interview with the Hiring Manager and Local team, could be a Phone Interview or In-person Interview. According to the special requirements for each role, you might have to take a English Test and other technical assessments. If you are successful during this stage, we will move with the Background Check prior to the offer signing.
