Infotree uses a four-step recruitment process that is fully supported by human resources throughout the entire evaluation and each candidate is selected based solely on merit and ability. Depending on the type of job, skills and competencies required.
Infotree makes the evaluation of technical skills and competitions. In addition, reference controls are carried out to all the candidates presented in order to give them a positive experience.
The company has the capacity to conduct searches of local, regional, national and international candidates, and keep using the same process, in order to assure the continuous success.
Our four-step process is the next one.
A candidate can apply to any positions of interest which correspond to his/her educational background, skills set and experience. An e-mail is sent to the candidate confirming receipt of the application.
Once the application is submitted in our system, it will be reviewed against the requirements of the position. Due to the large volume of applications we receive, only the candidates most closely aligned with the position requirements will be contacted directly. Candidates who are not selected for an interview will be accordingly advised by email.
The interview process may include, mostly of the time, a phone call interview with a recruiter or a face-to-face/onsite interview. The primary purpose of the interview by competencies, is to assess the technical and cultural correspondence of the candidate.
The recruitment department will offer the opportunity to candidates who have successfully passed the interviews as well as other requirements.
This complete process can take between 2 and 3 weeks.
