Lightstorm is a shared service office providing accounting, dispatch and information technology support to our U.S. based operation. Our U.S. based operation has been in business since 1970 and our office in Costa Rica was founded in 2007. We wanted to cement our commitment to Costa Rica so in 2015 we purchased our office. We are looking for career minded individuals to grow with us as we expand Lightstorm's functionality.
Lightstorm recruitment process is very important to us as the employees are the most valuable assets in the company. We first filter out all potential candidates and start an initial interview with each one to make sure there is a match between company's need and the potential employee's profile.
If everything goes as expected in this first interview then we introduce the candidate to the the rest of the team. We also conduct some computer and additional tests according to the position the candidate is applying for.
At last, a final interviewed is scheduled with the Office manager.
