Lonza started in Costa Rica in 2017 and since then we have been migrating positions to Costa Rica and hiring the best talent for our company.
In this first part the recruiter will contact the candidates and validate different aspect of the resume that had previously been submitted through our Job Boards. Technical aspects will be validated as well as reasons for changing from company, relevant years of experience and English level.
This is a second stage in which the recruiter will have a formal interview via the phone with the candidate in which soft and technical skills related with the position, will be assessed.
Human Resources Interview
The first in person interview is led by the HR Representative who will assess soft skills and some technical skills according to the position to see the cultural fit with the company.
Hiring Manager Interview
This can consist in one or two interviews that are led by the hiring managers and other Lonza managers involved in the process. During this phase, you will be asked the technical questions and additional questions relating to the dynamic of the team members, clients or direct reports the candidate could have once hired.
