Our Austrian roots go all the way back to 1895, when Daniel Swarovski moved to the village of Wattens in Austria, with his newly invented machine for cutting and polishing crystal jewelry stones. Swarovski crystals soon and ever since caught the eye and sparked the imagination of consumers and designers all around the world. With a rich history and a culture of creativity, we commit to growth and to maintaining its place at the forefront of design, creativity, and technological innovation.

Established in 2017, our activities in San José include a growing number of employees that support the Americas Region in areas such as Finance Operations including Purchase-To-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Credit Management, Cash Applications as well as Workday and IT Support. Soon we will have HR Operations as well.


Our recruiting process typically consists of on line application, telephone screening where we measure the English verbal communication skills as well as technical knowledge for the position with basic questions.

If you seem to be a good fit for the position we set up an interview process with HR, team lead of the area and depending of the position you might have to go thru a phone interview process.

if the position requires it, you might be asked to do a technical, accounting, excel or language assessment that certifies your knowledge in certain areas as part of the recruitment process.
